Features chromolithograph art with classical figures, allegorical cherubs, an all-seeing eye, a moose, patriotic motifs, and Justice, Libertas, and Benevolentia. Includes the official IOF Supreme Court seal.

Original wood frame with ornate inner liner; frame shows age-appropriate wear and patina. Wired and ready to hang.

Glass is present; original backing with old hardware and wire hanger attached.
