Antique Chinese green-glazed ginger jar with impressed rectangular potter’s mark on the base, produced at a southern Shiwan kiln (Guangdong Province) during the late Qing to early Republic period (c. 1880–1930).

The faceted body features raised foliate panels beneath a thick celadon-green glaze that pools beautifully in the recesses. The glaze shows natural variation with areas of oxidation and firing grit typical of wood-fired southern wares.

Includes a fitted lid (likely original) with small chip. Measures approximately 6″ tall. Very good antique condition with light glaze wear and minor age marks. A fine example of Chinese provincial ceramic craftsmanship, perfect for collectors of celadon and Qing folk pottery.
