Developed by James Hetfield and first appearing on the rear of the 1996 "Load" album sleeve, this has since become the classic icon of the band. The design is a clever symbol made by combining four letter "M"s off Metallica's original 1983 logo. On a doubled black waxed cord with a black pewter slide fastener allowing adjustability up to 10" around.
