TI Disk Controller in nice condition, nice condition inside.
(I know electronics, and electrical engineering, and all about static safety etc when opening devices. I wanted to make certain there were no obvious internal issues, leaking caps, dirt, dead bugs, etc before listing. All appropriate precautions were taken opening the case to take pictures of the controller card.)

Manual shows signs of age on cover and moisture rust on the staples (not in climate controlled home) but nice inside.

Have not tested, no TI99 computer and no ability to test.
