In the background is the pier located on Highway 90, The American Flag, Cars, Park Benches and The Jefferson Davis Shrine.
Based on the stamp box markings DOPS, the RPPC was produced between 1925 - 1942

I can not confirm this but this postcard may have belonged to Lamar Cooper and may have been part of the Cooper Postcard Collection. I do not know who the photographer was.
