Extremely difficult to find! This is a vintage handmade steel fast stop western training Hackamore. Designed in the 1970-80's. A training hackamore suitable for schooling all types of horses: cutting, roping, stock, and pleasure. There is no maker's mark on the quick stop or the headstall. A must for trainers, ropers, and horsemen. Hangs loosely, does not annoy the horse, and the rope noseband can be fitted by adjusting the headstall higher or lower on the horse's head. The included leather headstall adjusts from 34 inches in length to 45 inches with room to punch more holes to make it larger or smaller as needed. The interior diameter of the rope noseband measures 21 inches. This is an old-time training tool that should be used by a skilled horseman with light hands.
